Steve put together a great article on the DCJ web site about Managed Hosting and the whys and wherefores about why Dotcomjungle started managing our client’s hosting. See, the boss doesn’t have much fondness for what he considers “cowboy systems administrators” who don’t always follow through on their promises or worse, don’t communicate clearly with clients who are paying for those shaky promises.
