Our Approach
What we bring — and require — to take you to the next level.
Each partnership is unique, but here's how this typically goes
We typically start by meeting with representatives from each department that will be affected by how you’re wanting to improve your business. This helps us start our partnership by understanding your business: What processes could be improved someday, what can’t change, and what should change as soon as possible.
From there, we handle things a differently depending on what kind of project we’re starting with.
Website Development Projects
We will architect a plan for a new, integrated webstore that takes everything we’ve learned into account, including an estimated budget and timeline.
We will work with designers — your own, if possible — to design a responsive website layout that properly conveys your brand and intuitively guides customers to purchase your products on any device.
Once the design is approved, we will convert it into a lightning-fast website with the features, functionality, and integrations you and your customers need to make the most of your new best sales experience.
Systems Integrations
We will architect a plan for integrating your ERP into your webstore and other systems, taking everything we’ve learned into account to estimate a budget and timeline for implementation.
Once we get started, we tailor our ERP integration platform to your specific needs, giving you reports on progress demonstrating completed pieces as applicable.
Continued Support
No matter what project we’re starting with, we remain available for further development, support, and/or consultation after the launch. Typically, this stage lasts for at least a decade!
You bring:
One prompt point of contact
We need someone who can make decisions about your digital infrastructure. They should be able to respond to our questions within a business day, even if it's just to let us know they've reached out to whoever has the answer.
Curiosity about what's possible
If you don't want to change anything about how your business operates, we can't help you. If we spot business processes that seem clunky, error-prone, and/or unnecessary, we'll ask why they are in place, and we may suggest alternatives.
Possibility to Commit Long-term
We work with companies seeking long-term partnerships, usually spanning at least two years and usually ten or more. We take on new business that has the possibility of growing into something like this.
We bring:
Well-researched plans ahead of time
Before we write our first line of code, we will have spent weeks or months uncovering what each department affected by the prospective changes to your digital infrastructure really need out of what we're building.
Lessons learned from past projects
We've built and integrated websites of all sizes, and will use that experience to suggest systems that best fit your particular business needs. We've set up and configured most industry-leading ERPs to a wide variety of systems.
Constant progress & communication
Your point of contact will receive reports on what pieces of the project we're working on every other week, and have the opportunity to reprioritize as needed. You will always know what we need from you to proceed.
